Details:

• Price based on Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Jerzees, Anvil 100% cotton 5.6oz t-shirts, size S-XL
• Add $.25 for Youth Size XS-L
• Add $1.50ea for 2XL, $2.00ea for 3XL. Larger sizes are available.
• Add $.25 for 6.1oz t-shirts
• Subtract $.50ea for White t-shirts
• Add $2.00ea for American Apparel t-shirts (style 2001, 2102)
• Thousands of other items are available. Ask for pricing on whatever you need.

Screen / Print Charges:

• Screen Fee: $15 per color. Reorders with exact same artwork, $7.50 per color.
• No screen fee on orders over 100 pcs.
• Ink Change: $10 per color per design location
• Flip charge (printing in more than 1 location (front and back)): $.25ea.
• Prints on dark shirts may require a white underbase, billed as an additional color.
• Normal print size: 13? wide x 15? tall
• Oversized printing, up to 15? wide x 20? tall:
  • 25-49: add $1.00ea per color + additional $15 per screen
  • 50-99: add $.50ea per color + additional $15 per screen
  • 100+: Usually, no additional fee unless excessive ink is used. Contact us for details.
• Larger print options may be available. Call for details.
• Ink Options
  • Standard plastisol: no additional charge.
  • Discharge (plasticharge) / waterbase: add $.50 per shirt plus $30 custom ink mixing fee per color.
  • Metallic / shimmer ink: add $.25 per shirt / color.
  • Foil: add $2.50 per shirt (some restrictions apply).
  • Other specialty inks such as high density, puff, suede, glow in the dark, etc. are available. Call for more info.
• PMS color match: $40.00 per color (PMS number must be supplied). We have many standard colors and can usually get a close match to your PMS number or artwork file for free. Please note that colors in digital mock-ups may vary from final print.
• Process (CMYK) printing: Add $2.00ea + $150 set-up on white shirts. Add $3.00ea + $250 set-up on dark shirts. Minimum 100 shirts. Some restrictions and requirements apply. Contact us for more info.
• Screen printed tags: tag removal: $1.25ea. Tag print: billed as separate print location.
• Heat Transfers: Custom names (up to 2? tall): $4.50ea. Custom numbers (up to 10? tall): 4.50ea

Artwork:

• Artwork to be supplied in vector format as an ai or eps file at actual print size with all text outlined, or as a raster image, such as psd, jpg, tif, pdf at 300+ dpi and at actual print size. We use CS3. Contact us if you need help with any of this.
• Artwork charges (typesetting, clean-up, creative design): $25 per 1/2 hour. Call for a quote on having an original design made.

Turnaround / Other Info:

• Normal turnaround (not guaranteed) is 5-7 business days (ship time not included) from when approved artwork, order confirmation and payment have been received. If you have a date that you need your order by, be sure to let us know.
• Rush service (subject to availability): 1 day: 100% of order total. 2 day: 75% of order total. 3 day: 50% of order total. 4 day: 25% of order total. Often we can meet these deadlines at a reduced rate. Call for info.
• Prints over seams, collars, zippers, sleeves, pockets, etc. are sold ?as-is?. We?ll help you with your artwork and suggest print options so that your design will print the best that it can where ever you want it on the garment, but please note that non-traditional prints may get distorted, resulting in a thicker or thinner ink deposit and more distressed appearance. We print over seams often and are able to achieve great looking prints, but we will not be held accountable for any flaws under these circumstances. Payment / Shipping:

• Payment terms are prepay: credit card, paypal (payments@redwallprints.com), check, cash (no cash in the mail, duder).
• WI residents subject to 5.6% sales tax, if applicable.
• Shipping charges will be added to the invoice, shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Pick-up from our Milwaukee location is always welcome.
